1. 関係代名詞とは？
関係代名詞は、2つの文をつなげるための言葉で、先行する名詞を説明する役割を持ちます。

2. who（人を説明する）の使い方
「who」は 人を説明するとき に使います。
who の例
サッカーをしている男の子は私の弟です。 → The boy who is playing soccer is my brother.
先生が昨日話していた少女は私の友達です。 → The girl who the teacher talked about yesterday is my friend.
3. which（物や動物を説明する）の使い方
「which」は 物や動物を説明するとき に使います。
which の例
私が読んだ本はとても面白かった。 → The book which I read was very interesting.
これは昨日買った猫です。 → This is the cat which I bought yesterday.
4. that（人・物・動物すべてに使える）の使い方
「that」は whoやwhichの代わりに使える 便利な関係代名詞です。
that の例
これは私が好きな映画です。 → This is the movie that I like.
昨日会った男性は親切でした。 → The man that I met yesterday was kind.

関係代名詞の不要な省略
間違い: The book I read was interesting.
正しい: The book which I read was interesting.
who と which の混同
